Hello, I’m Josie, the owner of Pampanguena Cuisine. We began our business in 2007 at Las Vegas, Nevada, with the previous name of Pampanguena Restaurant, while franchising Tapioca Express. We finally branched out to San Francisco in 2010. Our dishes are cooked in Pampanga’s unique and inimitable way. In 2010 and 2016, I was featured on The Filipino Channel’s “Adobo Nation,” where I demonstrated my culinary talent.
